CHILI 
3 lbs. dried beans (1 lb. kidney, 1 lb. white kidney & 1 lb. pinto)
3 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 cans tomato puree (16 oz. cans)
4 pkgs. chili mix (hot or mild, your choice)
4 tbsp. Wasabi (powdered horseradish)
1 pot coffee (hot)
2 lg. onions, diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
Tabasco & cayenne pepper to taste
1 bulb garlic, crushed

In a large skillet brown and drain ground beef. Place beef into 16 quart pot. Place hydrated beans and coffee into pot and simmer. Add tomato, chili mix, wasabi, garlic, onion and pepper and stir well. Lower heat and cook 2 hours. Add Tabasco and cayenne during simmer. For more juice, add coffee if necessary. Serves a crowd.
