CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 lg. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped parsley

Toss all ingredients lightly. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
