SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground round
2 bottles Heinz hot ketchup
1 empty ketchup bottle of water
1 sm. grated onion
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Simmer sauce in large pot until it bubbles. Then roll ground round into small meatballs, and put into sauce. Turn burner on low heat and let simmer 2 hours.

Meatballs will taste much better if you cook the day before you serve them. Let them sit in sauce overnight in refrigerator.
