RIGATONI WITH MEAT SAUCE 
3/4 lb. rigatoni, cooked al dente
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. tomato paste
2 c. water
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried basil
Pepper

Brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in tomato paste, water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, parsley and basil. Simmer about 1/2 hour. Stir in cooked rigatoni and heat through.

I decided to try this and it was delicious. My family loved it!! I however used sausage instead of the meat and I also used pasta sauce. Since I did not have all the ingredients that were needed. But it turned out great! I would cook again.
