CRAB SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp. cold water
1 can crabmeat, drained
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise

Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise. Heat soup and add gelatin then cool and add remaining ingredients. Chill. (May be spread on bread or crackers or placed in a mold to be served with Triscuits and crackers, etc.)
