STRAWBERRY SAUCE 
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed (other frozen fruit may be substituted)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Red food coloring (optional)

In 4 cup measure or small bowl, combine cornstarch and strawberry juice. Stir in strawberries. Microwave at high 2 to 5 minutes or until clear and thickened, stirring every minute. Stir in lemon juice and food coloring. Serve warm or cold. Makes approximately 1 1/3 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
