RHUBARB PIE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter (oleo)
4 c. rhubarb
4 tbsp. flour

Mix together, put in rhubarb last. Pour in uncooked pie shell. Cover shell with pastry. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

2 PIE CRUST (9 INCH DISH) :

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ice cold water
Pinch of salt

Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Add Crisco and mix well. Add vinegar and water.
