RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. cut rhubarb
9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell; set aside. In bowl, combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Batter will be lumpy because of butter. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
