CHICKEN CROUTON HOT DISH 
8 oz. box seasoned croutons
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Mix together. Put half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan.

FILLING:

2 1/2 - 3 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 - 3/4 c. Miracle Whip

Mix together and put on first layer, top with the remaining crumbs.

Beat 2 eggs, add 1 1/2 cups milk, pour over the above. Refrigerate overnight. Take out one hour before baking. Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup over top. Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all. Bake another 10 minutes to melt cheese.
