1 whole chicken
1 med. onion
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 oz. bag taco Doritos
1 c. cheddar cheese

Boil chicken until tender, debone and cut in bite-size pieces. Add chopped onions, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix. Crush Doritos and put some in bottom of baking dish, put chicken mixture on top of crushed Doritos, put rest of crushed Doritos on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. About 5 or 10 minutes before it is done, top with grated cheese. Serves 6.
