HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. oregano leaves (dried)
3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix yeast and water, let stand 5 minutes. Add oregano leaves, flour and salt. Mix together to form ball. You may add up to 1/4 cup warm water to mix flour. Place hot, wet dish towel over bowl and place in oven on lowest heat setting. Let rise 25 minutes. Makes 2 pizzas, however leftover dough may be frozen. Spread dough on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. cans)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano leaves (dried)
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together. Enough sauce for 2 pizzas.

TOPPINGS:

Pepperoni
Canadian bacon
Hamburger
Onions
Green pepper
Mushrooms
Or Italian sausage

Add toppings to taste. Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over toppings. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 2 minutes.
