SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 qt. tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. grated cheddar
1 sm. to med. onion

Place seasoned bread in shallow baking dish. Pour tomatoes over bread. Add butter, garlic salt or powder, oregano and sugar (sprinkle over). Lay thinly sliced onions on top, then top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
