ORANGE YOGURT CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. In small mixing bowl mix yogurt and baking soda; add to creamed mixture alternating with flour; beat in orange juice and peel. Pour into well buttered bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack about 40 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Glaze.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
Orange juice

Beat all ingredients; add enough orange juice for desired consistency.
