LADY FINGER CAKE 
11 oz. (very softened) cream cheese
1 pt. all-purpose cream
2 pkgs. Lady Fingers
2 tsp. confectionery sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Whip cream with 2 teaspoons confectionery sugar. Blend cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Fold the two together. Place lady fingers up around the edges of a springform pan. Line the bottom of the pan with lady fingers flat side down.

Spoon 1/2 the cream mixture onto the lady fingers then another layer of lady fingers. Finish with the rest of the cream mix and chill for 1 hour or more.

Top with fruit - cherries, blueberries, etc. Tie a ribbon around outside of cake after removing from pan for a festive look.
