LADY FINGER NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE 
3 pkgs. unfilled lady fingers
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pts. heavy cream
1 can pie filling

Line bottom and sides of 10" spring form pan with lady fingers. Beat together in bowl, softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. In another bowl, beat heavy cream. Fold cream cheese batter with heavy cream. Pour half of batter into pan, add another layer of lady fingers and pour rest of batter on top of lady fingers. Chill overnight and top with pie filling.

Makes a hit every time.

Serves 10 to 12.
