SPINACH SALAD WITH DRESSING 
1 lb. bag fresh spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Combine all ingredients in salad bowl. Top with dressing and toss.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour over spinach salad.
