MILKY WONDER CAKE | |
6 regular or 13 fun size MILKY WAY® bars 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts, chopped Melt bars and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan. Beat remaining 1/2 cup butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add flour and baking soda alternately with buttermilk and beat until smooth. Add melted candy; mix well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt, 10inch tube or 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done (depending on pan size). Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely and frost. FROSTING: Melt 4 MILKY WAY® bars, 1 stick butter and 2 teaspoons milk. Beat until smooth and add enough 10X sugar to spreading consistency. |
