SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
6 oz. fettucini
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 oz. pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes or chunks
1 c. Half and Half
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium until garlic is lightly browned. Add Crab Delights, Half and Half, and pepper. Heat about 3 minutes, or until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan cheese, stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Toss Crab Delights sauce with fettucini. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan, if desired. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.

This is a fairly simple recipe, and I'm sure not very authentic compared to what it could be. Still, for what it is, it's quick and easy, and tastes decent enough that I gobbled it all down for one big lunch. I made it exactly as written (using Crab Delights in chunks). I did think there was a little too much sauce here; perhaps only 1/2 c. Half and Half would suffice. I might make it again, though - I have more Crab Delights on hand!
