SEA LEGS & FETTUCINI 
8 oz. sea legs (fake crabmeat)
12 oz. fettucini
8 oz. fresh oysters or clams
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, crushed
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 c. white wine
Pinch cajun seafood spice
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese or 1/2 c. lite Mozzarella

Cook fettucini according to package directions. While cooking take large saucepan, add butter and garlic and saute. Mix yogurt, salt and egg white in small saucepan. Simmer gently, uncovered, until thick. Add yogurt mix to garlic and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add all other ingredients except fettucini and cheese. Stir until mixture thickens then add fettucini and grated cheese to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
