FETTUCINI 
2 cubes melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 qt. half & half
1 lb. fettucini noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Seafood or steamed vegetables, as desired

Make white sauce out of melted butter, flour, salt, garlic powder and half & half. Stir until it bubbles and slightly thickens. Cook fettucini noodles according to package directions.

Pour white sauce and Parmesan cheese over noodles and toss. Add seafood or steamed vegetables. If you want this extra creamy, use 3 cubes butter, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 1/2 quarts half & half.
