DELUXE STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. firm butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 egg yolks
1 c. dairy sour cream
Strawberry Glace' (below)
1 1/2 c. strawberry halves

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter. Pat in round pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inches, or pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Bake 10 minutes. Mix 1/3 cup sugar, the nutmeg, yolks and sour cream; spread over hot layer. Bake 20 minutes; cool completely. Prepare Glace'; cool slightly. Arrange strawberries on layer. Spread glace' over strawberries. Refrigerate remaining dessert. 12 servings.

STRAWBERRY GLACE': Mash 1/2 cup strawberries. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup water and the strawberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in few drops of red food color if desired.
