OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
3/4 c. syrup
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.

Bake around 45 minutes or until brown.
