GREEN PEA SALAD 
20 oz. frozen peas
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. red skin peanuts
1/4 c. sour cream

Cook peas to heat through. Drain. Combine next 6 ingredients. Pour over peas. Chill 2-3 hours. Just before serving add celery, peanuts and sour cream.
