FETTUCCINE CREAM WITH CRAB MEAT 
8 oz. egg noodles
4 qt. boiling, salted water
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. imitation crab meat (or real)

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over the lowest heat, combine butter, cream, cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir in mix into a smooth sauce. Add crab meat and heat. Do not boil. Put noodles on individual plates and top with crab meat sauce. Makes 4 servings in 20 minutes.
