1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and syrup to boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir in Special K and cool. In 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chips together and spread on cooled bars.
