SPICY ORANGE BROCCOLI BEEF 
Prepare beef by cutting in small slices as in Oriental dishes.

Add: 4 tbsp. cornstarch 3 crushed cloves garlic About 1 tsp. ginger root

Let stand about an hour.

Heat wok or frying pan to hot. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and brown meat mixture. Slice the rind of 2 oranges very very thin and fry with meat.

Make a sauce of soy sauce, orange juice and chicken broth (portions depends on your favorite taste) and add to meat mixture. Cook until it thickens.

Add broccoli, fresh mushrooms and stir fry. Top with sliced green onions and garnish with orange slices.
