SPINACH HAM QUICHE 
6 large eggs, beaten
1 package frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1-1/2 cup ham, chopped
2 store bought pie crust
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Mix in large bowl, eggs, spinach, ham, and mushrooms. Pour into pie shells. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes. Can be frozen after baking. Serve with salad!
