3 rolls Ritz crackers 1 (20 oz.) Ready made Cool Whip 1 (1/2 gal.) vanilla ice cream 2 boxes pistachio pudding mix (instant) 1/2 c. butter 24 paper cupcake cups (put in muffin tins) Crush 3 packed cracker rolls fine. Melt butter. Mix cracker with melted butter. Layer crushed crackers on the bottom of cups. Mix ice cream and pudding well, fold in whip cream. Spoon ice cream mixture into cups on top of crackers. Freeze for 45 minutes. Then serve. |
