TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can white tuna in oil, chopped finely
1 can French fried onion rings
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked creamettes macaroni
1 can mushroom soup (check that there is no beef stock)
1 c. or more peas & corn
1 c. milk
1 c. corn flakes

Blend all ingredients except the corn flakes. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle corn flakes on top and bake a little more until crisp.
