GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. ripe avocados
1 med. tomato
1 sm. onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
Salsa (add to your own taste)

Chop tomato and onion very fine. Peel and mash avocados. Place sour cream and seasonings in blender, flip on and off a couple of times to just blend. Add tomatoes, onion and avocado to sour cream. On low speed, blend all ingredients. Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from turning black.
