HOT TAMALES - MILD 
5 lb. ground meat
1 (3 oz.) chili powder
Season All
Garlic salt
Cayenne pepper

Brown ground meat, then add chili powder and seasonings (combine a large stirring spoon of each of the following: Season All, garlic salt and cayenne pepper).

Wet 6 cups (2 pound bag, yellow) cornmeal and mix thoroughly before putting in (11 1/2 cups) boiling water. Add seasonings, cook on medium heat until cornmeal is done. Wrap in corn husk papers.
