HEARTY ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. mild Italian pork sausage
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. macaroni shells
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage - drain. Combine other ingredients except macaroni shells and cheese. Cook macaroni shells - add to sausage and mixture; cook 30 minutes, add macaroni shells.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (shredded) when serving. (Use your judgment with macaroni shell as it depends on size).
