BETTY'S 7-UP SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. 7-Up
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (juice reserved)
2 bananas (sliced thin)
1/2 c. coconut
Juice from pineapple
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 of 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Pecans as garnish

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup 7-Up. Stir. Add marshmallows, drained pineapple, bananas and coconut. Put in refrigerator while preparing second layer.

Cook juice, flour, sugar and egg until thick. Add softened cream cheese and 1/2 of 8 oz. Cool Whip. Top first layer with this. Garnish with pecans. Chill and serve.
