PEPPER RELISH 
6 sweet green peppers
6 sweet red peppers
6 med. onions
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dill seed

Finely grind peppers and onions separately and drain.

In a saucepan, combine pepper and onion pulp. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Add sugar, vinegar, water, salt and dill seed. Boil gently 5 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal. Hot water bath 5 minutes.
