PEPPERONI PUFFS | |
1 egg 3/4 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. diced pepperoni (can use food processor) 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients well by hand. Grease small cup cake tins (about 1 to 1 1/4 inch size). DO NOT USE PAPER LINERS. Fill to brim. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Best served hot. |
