SPIEDIES 
5 lb. meat
Oil (approx. 2 c.)

Cube your meat. Add oil, just enough to coat meat.

Add:

1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. poultry seasonings
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. salt
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. mint sauce

Be sure to keep cold - marinate 2-3 days, will keep several days in refrigerator. Or:

1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 bottle Kens Greek olive oil dressing

For a quick meat marinade.
