“DAVID'S COUNTRY STYLE RIBS” IS IN:

DAVID'S COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
3 to lb. country style ribs
1 medium onion
1/4 cup brown sugar

SAUCE:

1 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Place ribs in roaster pan - lightly salt. Top with slices of onion. Sprinkle brown sugar over. Mix sauce and put 3/4 of it over ribs. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 hours. Uncover - put on remaining sauce. Raise oven temperature to 400°F then bake 1/2 hour longer.
