PUMPKIN BARS 
Bars:

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake in large greased pan (10 x 15) at 350°F.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Spread over bars once they have cooled. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
