SCUPPERNONG PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 pint canned seedless grapes and syrup

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, flour and butter 2 eggs and beat until well mixed. Stir in grapes and syrup in which they were canned. Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie plate. Cover with top crust.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F. Reduce heat to 375°F and continue baking for 35 minutes.
