VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 can sm. peas
1 can white corn
1 can French style green beans
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Drain peas, corn and beans using a colander. Add celery, green pepper and onion.

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Mix together above 4 ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Marinate 12 hours. Add 1 jar chopped pimiento last.
