CROUTON CHICKEN 
4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut in small pieces (1-inch)
1 can any condensed cream soup (chicken, broccoli, mushroom, celery, etc.)
1 soup can milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. cooking sherry
3/4 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. regular or seasoned croutons

Put chicken pieces into baking dish with cream soup, milk, salt, pepper and sherry. Cook for about 1/2 hour with foil in 375°F oven. Top with cheese and croutons. Cook another 15 minutes.
