LEMON SQUARES 
Part One:

1 c. Flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Confectioners Sugar

Mix together all ingredients and press into a greased 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Part Two:

2 Eggs
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Rind of Lemon
1 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Beat all ingredients and pour over baked layer.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake.
