PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. marshmallow cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
5 c. sugar
1/3 c. white syrup
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix peanut butter, marshmallow cream, butter, vanilla, and salt in large bowl. Set aside.

Combine sugar, syrup and milk in deep pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until mixture reaches 238 degrees or soft ball stage. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Beat until thick. Pour into two 9-inch pans. Cut when cool but before cold.
