CHEWY BROWN BROWN RICE 
2 c. brown rice
4 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Mckays beef style seasoning
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 to 1 c. vegeburger or Homemade gluten, ground

Put all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low. Keep covered and cook for 45 minutes. Check to see if there is still water in bottom of pan. Simmer until it is gone and rice is tender, do not stir to much or rice will be mushy. This will be a little chewy.
