CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can creamed corn 1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread mix 3 eggs 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. garlic salt or any seasoning 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Beat eggs, then add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2 quart). Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
