SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 pie crust
3 c. apples

Beat cream, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples; pour into crust.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.

Mix brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and butter. Sprinkle on top and bake another 20 minutes.
