STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels, crushed 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. sugar 2 c. pineapple juice 10 oz. frozen strawberries 1 1/2 c. butter, melted 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. Cool Whip 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. ice cubes Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together pretzels, 1 1/2 cups melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press mixture into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip and spread over the baked and cooled pretzel layer. Boil pineapple juice and add Jello and strawberries. Take off the burner and add 2 cups ice cubes. Pour over second layer and chill until set. |
