STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (not too fine) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping 2 c. boiling water 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries Combine butter, brown sugar and pretzels. Pat evenly into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add frozen strawberries. Sets up in a short time. Cream sugar and cream cheese, fold into whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel crust. Top with Jello mixture. Cool (refrigerate) at least 1 hour before serving. |
