STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels, not too fine
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix crushed pretzels, butter and sugar together. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. do not over bake. Crust does not change appearance. Cool. 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Mix well and spread on cooled crust. 2 c. boiling water 20 oz. unsweetened frozen or fresh strawberries

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add frozen berries and stir until berries soften and Jello starts to thicken, approximately 10 minutes. Gently pour or spread mixture on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
