2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. jars plum baby food
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients. (I use a wire whisk.) Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
